Radically Open DBT helps you increase openness and flexibility, strengthen social connections, and cultivate more fulfilling relationships. Full Standard DBT is a comprehensive year-long program designed to help you regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and build a life worth living.

As an Iraqi-American who grew up in Chicago speaking Arabic and Spanish, and has lived across Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East, I bring a deeply multicultural lens to my work.
